RIP, he is easily one of my favorite musicians, and he made some very good albums into the 20th century, even if I wasn't crazy about his most recent work (and only just now learned that he just did an album with Johnny Dep).
A lot of really good, diverse music, and someone who was still a terrific technical player in his old age.
