Music Babble

Saw it new at the bookstore awhile back, picked it up somewhat impulsively and was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Anyway, that's the Blake I'd recommend- includes both "Songs of Innocence" and "Songs of Experience" in full.

Don't know much about Shelley but would have assumed that Blake was the biggest influence on the beats out of the romantics. I at least know that Ginsberg was obsessed with him. And yeah, I have some fondness for some of the beats' stuff but some of it is among the worst poetry I've read lol.
