I don't hear ISB at all, outside of some of the vocal style - at least at this point in their careers, ISB wrote actual songs, if sometimes a little unusually structured with mostly acoustic albeit occasionally "exotic" instrumentation.

"Mind Gardens" strikes me more as a mashup of various Revolver tracks (the ragaishness of "Love You Too", the backwards guitars of "I'm Only Sleeping", the denseness of "Tomorrow Never Knows", and the shitness of "Good Day Sunshine"), maybe with a touch of "Eight Miles High" too.
