is that Deja Vu, unlike CSN, was a big fat overproduced long in the making blockbuster event of a hippie album--the hippie equivalent of stadium rock or some $200 million summer movie. And it sounds like it. When the guys all howl in unison "carrrrry on, loooove is coming for us alllllll!" on the first song it damn near predicts Queen, or mid 70s AOR--like yknow that other song that has "Carry On" in the title. The Kansas one. I also cant imagine bombast like "Country Girl" on CSN. So yeah DV very much is the bridge between hippies and Alive!
