One of my friends showed me this work sheet from his workpace diversity training where you were given a list of ethnic/social/gender groups and had to match them up with their stereotypes, for example: "Mexican:Illegal," "Italian:violent," "women:weak," and the match for "Puerto Rican" was "knife." lol
I'm confused as to the purpose of this excercise. Maybe to help you spot and report microagressions? Like if someone comes in and says "Hey everybody, I brought in this tray of brownies, but I forgot to cut them," and then he looks at the Puerto Rican guy and says "Hey Juan, do you have a knife?" you should report him for racial profiling.
