Depeche Mode and Eurythmics are both in. So I don't see why OMD and Human League couldn't eventually get in. Talk Talk seems less likely.

I think Cliff Richard's backing band, The Shadows, have a better chance than he does.

For the rest of your list, I think Buzzcocks and Smiths have a shot, but that's about it.

Oasis are in this category and will probably get in eventually, maybe the other big Britpop bands too.
