If you just want to know what the big thing he did that makes people say he's anti-semetic, I think it was putting the Star of David on the pig:

I know he just means it to symbolize Israel, but it's not just a sympol of the modern nation of Israel so of course putting it on a pig, of all animals, is going to be offensive to people who would have tolerated him criticising Israel.

I find it silly that he defended himself by pointing out that he also put other symbols like a cross and the Shell Oil logo on the pig. If the Shell company complained, would he defend himself by pointing out that he also put the Star of David on the pig?
