I think It's Hard is pretty good

Better than Face Dances.

Yeah, half of it kind of sucks, but Athena? Eminence Front? Title track? Why not?

Neil Young's Fork in the Road isn't great or anything, but against his 21st Century output, it's not among the worst, IMO. Considering some of his '80s albums, why not pick one of those (that aren't Trans, which rules)?
