Byrds post-1968 are pretty mediocre - there's a smattering of good songs but nothing to write home about. And the vocal harmonies that made a lot of their early stuff so good are largely gone or lackluster. "Ballad of Easy Rider" and "Chestnut Mare" are the only tracks I'd particularly recommend from that period, except I'm realizing I don't know if I ever played the self-titled album that reunites the original lineup. May play that today. The nice thing about Bjork is that at least for the first seven or so albums of her career, they're all pretty different. Her most recent few do kind of blend together to me though. I hope you enjoy the Pretty Things' new-waveish album Cross Talk as much as I do!
