After that, that Charles Portis book you recommended and the two new Cormac McCarthy novels and then...?? Here's a stupid confession, I always wanted to read the Kurt Cobain biography Heavier Than Heaven and I bet there isn't anything in it that would surprise me. I don't have many classic novels I still feel like reading--I could read something like Wuthering Heights or Jane Eyre but I doubt I'd have anything new to say about them. Between 2005 and 2010 I probably knocked out 150 classic novels, now I barely get ten read a year.
