IIRC Steel Reserve was the highest potency malt liquor. Was either that or St. Ides. Both tasted like ####ing kerosene but they did the job for cheap.

Yeah, the first few times folks get stoned at a young age, they typically do indeed act extremely silly, which includes laughing at everything. You have no tolerance and your brain hasn't fully developed. An important rite of passage IMO even for those like yourself who don't wind up smoking regularly.
