Music Babble

Any resonance I feel with Pugeye's statement about worrying what people think of one's musical tastes for me, is left over from starting out over two decades ago with rock music because I got into prog before just about anything else, which both led to me learning about rock music from prog snobs (who loved to trash 90s alternative and Seattle grunge in particular) and then a backlash against prog snobs (which made me embarrassed by some of the worst excesses of prog.)
