Also BTW, do you have any aches or pains yet at 40? I'm 37 and feel as well physically as I did ten years ago, but that's probably going to change, and pretty fast (you see these horror stories of people getting debilitating back problems in their early 40s. My dad and sister have an extra vertebra that brings pain but I don't. Also, I have good posture so that probably helps. Still, we're all tall in the family except for my mom.

Lying down in bed with the back supported at the end of the day does feel really good.
