Crazy how few of them are still going - even as of 10 years ago, most of the best (IMO) had been broken up.

I don't know what the parameters of the question are. What is a '90s band? Did they have to release their first album in the '90s? Or just have achieved their most fame in the 1990s? Or just released albums in the 1990s?

And by "best" is this a judgment about their post-'90s albums? Or all of them together?
