Juliana Hatfield - not a band but she's put out good solo albums as recently as last year
Saint Etienne - their last album was good and I love its predecessor, Home Counties
Underworld - yes they had two albums in the '80s but nobody cares about those two so for all intents and purposes they count as a '90s band. And the big Drift thing they did a few years back was pretty good, as was their last "normal" album
Destroyer - not really a band and I don't know how much traction he got before the '00s, but I liked his last album
Goldfrapp - never mind I just looked up that their first album and single were both in 2000 but I already typed their name
Guided By Voices - like Underworld, I think they count as a '90s band. Then again, I don't think I've heard any of their last dozen albums. Amusingly Wikipedia stopped having individual entries for their albums in 2020
That Dog - I haven't spent much time with their '90s stuff but I liked their reunion album from a few years back
