Storage drives. Like a boss. Two NVMe SSDs (C: and D: ), an external CD drive (E: ), two internal hard drives (F:, G: ), and three or four external hard drives as backups, if that means anything to you. Windows 11 and programs/apps are on C:, computer games are on D:; music, movies (including these) and porn are on the F: drive; and ROMs and disc images for games are on the G:. For now.
I didn't need the full eight terabytes but the drive was on sale for the same price as the six-terabyte. That said, I've used about an equal amount of storage on the two hard drives.
(Also, I have 1.78TB of movies, the porn, a music library to rival Spotify, just about every console game made, up to and including PS2 and Gamecube; and old computer games *as well as* modern games, and I use my TV app so my monitor is basically my TV now. TL;DR ignore anyone who says that consoles give a better value than computers.)
(I've moved the movies to the 8TB so I have headroom to download more. It's not like I'm going to be downloading any ROMs probably ever again, and that frees up more media-file space on F:.)
