Music Babble

I meant 10th/20th anniversaries of me purchasing the CD, which I mark because if I purchase something on CD or DVD it's *always* with the intent of relistening/rewatching it annually so I can get the most bang for my buck. When something reaches a 10th anniversary I likely won't relisten to it in full (sitting down with my CD player, that is) thereafter for awhile.
Yeah, this is some real embarrassing nerdblow, isn't it. OCD crap. Say, "OCD" has "CD" in it, my OCD made me notice that.

Remarkably enough, even if they're doing it ironically, there are people who really love watching Manos WITHOUT the MST3K guys, which is baffling as hell to me. I certainly couldn't do it!

I *have* seen Merlin's Shop--twice, actually, and all I remember is how damned incoherent it is. The ones I liked, I've rewatched several times. But I only really liked about five. Other movies, like those of frequent MST3K target Coleman Francis, are just really baffling and kind of a crappy watching experience.

Oh, also, the Joe Don Baker detective movie Mitchell is a howler too, forgot that one.

I...uh...think English Settlement is the worst XTC album and frankly the only bad one. More on this later, I'm on my fourth relisten and...I really only enjoy like three songs off it.
