Yep that's how ship combat work. Xbox Kinect controls. You'll think a computer would aim more accurately than a person gesture but what do I know about space combat
I guess whether it's worth paying money for. The Legend Of The Rangers does have some entertainment value of so bad it's entertaining based on the "exciting space combat" I linked. I guess it's also the last thing G'kar is present in and maybe worth some nostalgia. It's not worth paying money for if you are expecting a good movie but may be worth it for some entertaining laughter and nostalgia of G'Kar. It's not a good movie and the executives were correct in not creating a TV show out of it.
For all the excitement about the babylon 5 Animated Movie that was announced with the surviving actors returning https://gizmodo.com/babylon-5-animated-movie-release-date-cast-details-1850424457
Rewatching Babylon 5 makes me realised that JMS reached his peak in Season 4 (IMO the show should have ended with Rising Star) and was on a downward trajectory afterwards with the series of movies, Season 5, Crusades and then Legend of The Rangers (although I did like Voices In The Dark). I guess the question is whether JMS still has it or whether he is past his peak. I'm only having cautious optimism regarding any new B5 content
