Unrelated: serious question (to anyone)

How rare is this ability? I thought everyone could do it but a couple of weeks ago I learned otherwise. I'm assuming it's genetic.

I can scratch the whole of my back without a back-scratcher. I used to be able to suck my own dick, too.
