I actually have about 10lb to lose; not out of body dysmorphia but I'm in danger of outgrowing my 34" waist pants and I really don't want to have to buy several pairs of 36" -- an expensive hassle -- and yeah, there's a little vanity involved in trying to stay under the big 200 (flirted with it for a while but I'm back down to 190). (My ideal weight is 181 pounds, because that's also my height in centimeters.)

Autofellatio isn't that great. You have to get in a really awkward position to do it and you're too uncomfortable to really enjoy it. I'm really bad at sucking dick, too, especially when you're in a stress position with the tongue on the opposite side of the bundle of nerves under the head corresponding to the clitoris. It's a fun novelty though.
