It wouldn't have occured to me that what you're doing in that picutre isn't something most people could do, and having tried it, i can do it. It's uncomforatable on my neck, but I have some upper back and neck issues.

I can also put my hand further up against my shoulder blade on the same side than most people. I learned that this was weird when someone was twisting my arm to try and make me say "mercy" and the got it all the way back and were worried that they'd taken the game to far, but I was fine.
