Pretty consistent despite its length- a couple lame tracks and the fact that it jumps around chronologically are minor quibbles. Bumped it last night in tribute and it holds up well and really drives home the point that Ike & Tina often leaned more in the rock and blues direction as opposed to the type of smooth soul casual listeners might expect.
Of the few albums I’ve heard, “Working Together” is probably the best but “Live In Paris- Olympia 1971” is a pretty solid set which includes this deliriously raunchy take on Otis Redding’s classic tune:
