Neko Case has a lot of stuff I love - Fox Confessor Brings The Flood is a favorite of mine. She gets tagged as "alt-country" but she's much more interesting as a songwriter than most people lumped in that category.
Destroyer has two albums I like a lot, Destroyer's Rubies and Kaputt, and seems worthwhile outside of that.
Kathryn Calder had a couple nice but relatively unmemorable albums I've heard.
A.C. Newman's solo stuff is bad and the one Zumpano song I've heard didn't make me want to go further.
Haven't heard anything by the other people. I was today years old when I learned that the bass player was in a band with weird celebrity interviewer Nardwuar. Does everybody in Canada know each other?
