Marc Lee and his friend Carl Browne are Delta Force and they do for the president against the scum of society what the federal agencies can only dream about. During a lull Carl ends up meeting up with an old flame whose daughter is kidnapped by Snuff film producers to make one of the more depraved movies ever produced. Meanwhile, Marc learns that his best friend and wife have been killed by their son a drug addicted Satanist on his way to the sacrifice supreme out in Tennessee where the film is to be produced leaving Marc to try and track down the drug addicted adolescents rampage. Carl Focusses on tracking down his old loves daughter, meeting up with the so called forces of the dark lord on earth. Who are more loser then needs mentioning. All in an effort to stop the film, save the little girl, and punish the one's who'd perpetrate these crimes on the innocent.
