I remember one time i tried either to set the VCR to record on its own or I got someone else to record it for me for the Bart Gets Hit By A Car episode and it recorded with no audio at all. It was actually pretty eerie watching that episode with no sound at the time, with the whole sequence of seeing Bart go to heaven then to hell and all that. Ill never forget that.
