Music Babble

I know that Xenogears was supposed to be 75 hours long or something like that, people yacked about that all the time back on the old gaming boards I frequented. I can't picture what the game looked like in my mind without looking it up, though--I never played it, but it seemed like everything Square did back then got piles of acclaim and hype. Remember Chocobo De Battle? No?

I stayed away from Chrono Cross, though--I was warned away from it, even though Chrono Trigger is probably one of my ten favorite games.

If I were to play SOTN again, I'm not sure what I would do. I don't think it's an easy game by nature but getting the right items (and it's NOT hard to find the Crissaegrim) makes the game too easy. So I might try to not do it with the Crissaegrim, or maybe ignore the Ring of (Agnes?) Varda. At the same time, I'd still try for every item and that 200.6 percent.
