Yeah that’s kind of what the Dutch dude i talked to at a party in Ljubljana tonight said re: Trieste. Rn my overall plan is to wander around the Croatian coast a bit - had been thinking of getting a ferry from Pula to Venice but they’re running less often after august and i couldn’t make the timing work. In 10 days I’m heading up to Berlin, stopping in Vienna and seeing Kali Malone and Sunn O))).
Good reminder to check Atlas Obscura, totally forgot about them.
