When analyzing Trustpilot scores for an independent review directory, how do you filter out the "misplaced reviews" (users complaining about an operator rather than the directory itself)? Do you place more weight on highly detailed mid-tier reviews (2 to 4 stars) to get an objective picture of a platform's actual utility?
