1. The organization that can't access some of the better tournaments, cause they are a local program that doesn't allow them access. Partnering with a nationally know program helps with that.
2. Recruiting. The nationally know program can help with the recruiting side, because they are very experienced with that side of softball.
3. The fees for the franchise will help the national organization with affording some things for their elite teams.
Now, how well it's working on the individual team level has very little to do with the National Program. It still has to be the local coaches getting it done, and creating a product that people want to be part of. That's the only way it will grow.
