Leaving teams "
Parents paying out big money expect results in return. If the org cannot keep up with their end of the deal I do not blame people for leaving. We bailed on our team mid-season. It was our fault believing that just because the org changed to a franchise we would get more looks from coaches. We were wrong, actually I knew nothing would change but my daughter did not want to leave and believed the BS. She liked the coach and the players and started every game. Well, after the last fall tournament she was very mad that after attending these big tournaments the new org got us in we seen a total of 1 community College coach watching. She said she was done and wanted to leave. I was glad she finally seen it and wished it would have happened sooner but she needed to see for herself. We left and it was the best move we ever made. The team had plenty of time to pick up another player so it did not leave them short handed. In the end do what is right for your kid and family.
