It is a must have and you have to keep it current. My daughter was very good with video. So much so that the school she is playing at today actually only saw her once in person, 1 at bat. When she asked why they never came to see her play, Coach simply responded "We have seen so much video of you, we did not bother to come, we knew exactly what we were getting."
