Ummm... There is a whole bunch of construction on I80 westbound and eastbound starting just west of route 30 and ending after you cross the river. You never know what the travel time is going to be to get to Channahon.

Eastbound is no treat either. They had it cut down to one lane the other day. Not sure if it's still the same.

Used to be a way around the traffic until they closed the Brandon Street bridge over the river on the downstream side of the lock.

Check the traffic before you head out west to find the best route.
