I just recently came back into coaching softball after being gone for a few years. The organization I'm with is doing a throwing program that I am not familiar with. Looking for opinions on this program and maybe some opinions on how to update my way I teach throwing. The program they teach is the Austin Wasserman high level throwing(seems more baseball than softball). Any thoughts??? Thanks
