EI is a joke. Take a quick look at the website, or at least what you can see without paying. Teams that post that they have been “highlighted” fill out their own form and write their own article. You nominate yourself for all of their rankings, which is not uncommon, but there are girls out there that aren’t paying the fee that could be chosen all the same. Play on a high level organization and you don’t need all this extra BS, you are recognized for who you are and who you are with because you are simply that good.
