Ever had to watch your daughter in the outfield while coach’s daughter plays short? Shell never get a scholarship to Oklahoma playing right field, you know.
Maybe your team isn’t playing the right level of competition. May they play too much, or not enough. Maybe they think that a better uniform will make the more recruitable. There is some truth to that. I read somewhere that the bandits do a rather decent job dealing with the recruiting process.
