Is this really a question? Or is OP just looking for us to join him in bashing HS in order to feel better about his daughter’s experience?

If you’re smart enough to use the Internet, you know that there are two answers to the question - neither of which we have enough information to answer.

Option One (Occam’s Razor). The girl simply wasn’t good enough in the opinion of the head coach to play ahead of upper class incumbents.

Option Two (Pizzagate). The girl didn’t get playing time because the HS coach has it out for her and/or her travel program and/or her parents. Or… the travel program has been gaslighting the daughter all along that she is a good player and the HS experience has merely been a welcome to reality.

Which of these do you want us to expand upon to soothe your feelings?
