Great use case for a large language model... Dumped the image in and asked for an evaluation of which states are under/over performing based on population:

Over-performing:
1. Nebraska (4.1/M)
2. Georgia (8.6)
3. California (7.2)
4. Hawaii (6.7)
5. Delaware (6.6)

Under-performing:
1. Maine (0)
1t. Vermont (0)
3. Maryland (0.9)
4. New York (1.7)
5. New Jersey (1.5)

Illinois came in at 4.1, just about national average - but better than Texas (3.99).
