McGraw is an excellent pitcher. I personally think she could pitch at a much better softball school than Colgate. Colgate is a great academic school! I certainly understand favoring the academic side of college.

Dimitrijevic has had no offensive help at LWC since she has been there. You could argue that LWC has had the best pitcher in 4a softball for 6 straight years and not one appearance in the State Championship series.
