Venus has a great grasp of recruiting at all levels.
She played for me and the Chicago Bandits at the end of her playing career. She has been a D1 college coach at multiple spots, which she decided to give up for family reasons to be back in Chicago. She also has a son that is currently playing football at Georgia. She has seen both sides of recruiting. In my opinion, this is a podcast worth listening to.
