Correct. Players are ranked jersey. #8 is a much better player than #11. Oh boy that #71 can't tolerate any type of pressure. Rest assured #1 is the best player.

The only real issue is where you rank #0, and just how #00 is delt with.... It's a big dilemma, at least it is inside universities with a robust philosophy program.
