Where is travel softball getting watered down at?

Sure, at the elite level there are a few more than there were 10-15 years ago. And at the lower levels there is a complete watering down, due to all the teams buying into franchise.

It sure seems like the same teams who were in the final days at PGF Nationals are still there.
