The D1 oversight committee just voted today to push the portal opening date to after the NCAA World Series. The portal now runs 5/26/26 to 6/24/26. It would change the portal open dates to 6/8/26 to 6/22/26. Coaches overwhelmingly voted in support of the measure. If cabinet approval is received it could go into effect immediately.
