Look at what they do, or have done in some cases the coaches are just there or recycled, look at the old Michigan State coach. Or in state coaches that dont even there kids, example pitcher at texaas wasnt even offered a visit at iowa

A lot of the coaches do the bare minimum, you have some up-and-coming coaches now though that it should make some things interesting.
