As a prominent coach, after going through 10+ seasons, 2 PSAs:

- If you change teams 1 month into the season, literally 1 month after tryouts, YOU ARE WHAT IS WRONG with youth sports.

- If your player has been on 4 teams BEFORE they are 14, YOU ARE WHAT IS WRONG with youth sports.

If you do either of these, or both, you don't realize your player will have a red flag attached to her name (and yours) until she is done playing.
