Yesterday at the Wildcats tournament in Midlothian the Northern ICE 11’s pregame warm up routine was noticed. This is how it’s supposed to look like. Helmets all lined up perfectly. Gloves neatly out of the grass. Very sharp looking. Positional players in groups. Teaching respect for the game, positive coaching, preparing these young ladies for competition the right way.
Thank you to these two Coaches, the players, and the parents on making such an impression on my 7yo son. He now wants his team to be like them.

I guess we're old school, but I feel the same way. I've watched college coaches viewing warm-ups and I wonder what they think when they watched some of the half-assed effort. Might be a way to set yourself apart.
