What are the top 5 schools to watch this season?

St Charles north
Lake park
Lincoln way east
Lincoln way west

Lincoln Way Central has the top pitcher in the state which will make them hard to beat. Not much help after that.

LWE has a good team of position players but not the pitcher that can take them to the top.

LWW west has a deep team with one of the top hitters/position players in the state. She is also a pretty good pitcher. Same problem as LWE the pitcher probably can not beat Marist.

Marist is the top team in the state. Two good pitchers and the best group of position players. Going to be tough to beat them.

Don't forget about Lincoln Way Central...they have the pitching, but not much else.

Lincoln Way East can be good every year...but the coach always messes something up.

Lincoln Way West will be okay, they don't have the pitching yet.

Marist...they will always compete well.

Lockport...could be a sleeper with the pitching they have. The question will be....do they have the offense to score the runs.

1-55 runs north and south last time I looked. Might want to learn how to read a map

Lake Park will be okay but they will only take 3rd or 4th place in their conference!
Oswego is likely to be top 5.

Barrington is very overrated every season
They play almost nobody during the season and it always shows up in the playoffs

I am basing it on my own observations. I have seen him in game situations and practices, I don't live anywhere near Barrington and my daughter never played for him.

My youngest played in that conference for high school. She thought the world of him as a coach, and later, he would bring his daughter to her college camps. Had some great conversations about the game with him, I don't think you're getting a better high school coach than Perry.

How to say your kid goes to Romeoville without actually saying your kid goes to Romeoville. I was so shocked you put them in there, I thought maybe I missed something. So I checked the GameChanger from last Spring. They were 4-21, with two of those wins were against Joliet Central. So they only beat 3 actual teams all year. Oswego I will give you though, they will probably be back down in Peoria in June!

busy day at work? now that you got to the bottom of that, i heard there was a team in the oak lawn 8u rec league that over achieved. maybe you can confirm.
