Looking for a team

I’m a 14u coach, solid practice and game management at the higher levels. Looking for a new team to coach as I’m not happy with my players and parents😳.

Just wanted to see how this looked from the other side. 😂😂

I like the travel portal idea. Would make it easier to find players

The board would be super hard to follow with all the anonymous players.
