PGF bids

It seems like PGF premier bids are being given out like candy these days. 4 premier bids for the 12 team 14u division in crown point? Is it really that elite anymore if a bid is like a participation trophy?

The thing is a lot of teams have already received automatic bids, that and the amount of bids being given is the way PGF is trying to entice teams to not go and play at Alliance nationals

4/12 33% as opposed to 12/12 where everyone gets a participation trophy is a significant difference. It's the last PGF qualifier so bids that weren't accepted during the Fall or Spring that were available, went to this qualifier.

Wait, so if a team gets a bid and decides not to go you take that bid and offer it up at another event later in the year?
