Travel, I missed. Great parents and kids who played together for years. Still friends.

College kinda sucked. Whenever your kids receive a lot of money and/or playing time, many of the other parents are rooting for them to fail.

Boo on those parents. While I was envious my kids did not get as much as others, I was absolutely ecstatic for those who did. Every situation is different. It’s too bad when people poo-poo on other because of jealousy. haters gunna hate.

Hate to admit it, but one of my kids got a ton of money as an infielder, and while she rightfully played, it didn't pan out to that level. A lot of snide comments from the check writers.

I’m envisioning a University administrative accountant heckling from the stands during your daughter’s strike-outs and fielding errors. Is that what you are saying? Or NIL consortium rep making the snide comments? I’m a little slow.

He means that not everyone gets a full ride. So the parents who’s girls are getting partial are “writing a check”.
