Throwing on the run

If your daughter is looking to get better throwing a softball on the run, please let me know. Seriously, did you see my throw on 4th and 8?

Just imagine your short stop daughter learning to throw like that from me!! Lessons start after the Superbowl.

Just ensure your shortstop doesn’t make throws on the run when unnecessary. Increasing the level of difficulty gets you nowhere and leads to poor throws and errors.
Keep it simple!

Yes, have your shortstop athletically come in and field the ball, then stop completely, gather herself, and step-throw. She will never make an error. Nor will she ever get any runners who are 3.0 or less to 1B.

On the winning TD to Moore, Why didn’t Caleb Williams sprint to his left (or right) then launch the pass down the left sideline? Instead, He sat in the pocket, saw the play developing, then launched the ball with his feet squarely underneath his shoulders.
Answer: because he didn’t need to increase the level of difficulty to successfully make the throw.

Maybe Caleb should have thrown on the run more yesterday, and he wouldn't have thrown the football to the wrong team.
